Inspired by the card, designed by an expert
Paper Tech prototype
After 12 months of R & D and more than 1,000 hours of color tests, we managed to create a great visual impact design that replicates the card.

In collaboration with SABIC, we present the first back panel for smartphones to the world made in an ISCC certified biopolymer.

A high-end product that respects the environment
The first design for biopolymers in the world
Derived from renewable resources such as cellulose pulp, the SABIC biopolymer reduces 35.5% carbon emissions during the rear panel production cycle.

Eco-responsible packaging
Thanks to the total redesign of the packaging, we have reduced the use of plastic from 21.7% to just 0.3%. For the packaging printing process, we use 100% soybean oil based ink: a responsible option from an environmental point of view, created using a renewable resource.

The first smartphone in the world certified TCO 9.0
As a recognition for its socially responsible production process, GT 2 has obtained the TCO 9.0 sustainability certification for design and construction, resulting in compliance with over 40 sustainability performance indicators.

3.5 million less plastic bottles
Every million GT 2 made by applying the Paper Tech prototype is equivalent to 3.5 million plastic bottles in less produced.
